How do YOU Plan your Promotional Material?

Hi Everyone,

It seems like Yonks since I last posted ~ probably because it has been. Ummm...what can I say? Just because I haven't been posting doesn't mean I haven't been thinking about you all. Or answering emails. But truth to tell, I keep running out of time.

Now to business:

When you are thinking of ways to advertise your services, what do you think about? How do you think your target market thinks? If you don't think like your customers, chances are you probably won't reach your new customers. You see, the people who all use your services have some common reason to all of them as to why they chose you. Put yourself in your customers shoes and see if you find that reason.

It could be because you were recommended (W.o.M) which is the best advertising you can get but is there another reason too? If it is more than great service, it could be because your receptionist has a friendly approach to your customers....it could be any number of reasons ~ and a combination of several ~ but if you don't talk to your customers and actually ASK them, then you will never be 100% sure.

Be kind to yourself and really chat with your customers. It pays you to do so.
