EveryDay Cheapskates

EveryDay Cheapskates
Hi Everyone,
I am a regular receiver of this newsletter for the simple reason it always has good information, advice or ideas. And the recipes are yummy too- now hang on- don't click off. This is not about a good cooking recipe BUT IT IS A RECIPE FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The kind of customer service that you want to have all your customers talking about in places where you wouldn't ever hear about the chatter. This is what "word-of-mouth-advertising" is all about. The benefits are too numerous to mention and it's something you have heard me rant about numerous times. And I'll probably still be ranting about it several decades from now.

I work on the principle that we should attempt excellence in everything we do - just so we get that bit closer every time. It's a bit like making that perfect join for a carpenter or the perfect design for pavers.

If we aim for perfect customer service every time then we will get that much closer to achieving it, won't we? It's commonly called the 'law of averages' and the percentages are in our favour!

Warmly,
Jan-ConstructingProfits
